Dr. Joseph Shenouda

Dr. Joseph Shenouda is a compassionate and detail-driven dentist who believes that great dentistry is equal parts art and science. Originally from Egypt, he earned his first dental degree from Misr International University in Cairo before relocating to the United States, where he returned to dental school and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at UCLA School of Dentistry in 2021 — graduating with the Comprehensive Patient Care Award and the Excellence in Restorative Dentistry Award.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Shenouda practices all areas of general dentistry, with a particular focus on implantology, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and clear aligner therapy. He is an active Invisalign and ClearCorrect provider and completed an implant mini-fellowship covering guided and immediate placement as well as sinus lift procedures. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the German Society of Oral Implantology (DGOI), and he remains committed to continuing education so that his patients benefit from the most current techniques available.

Dr. Shenouda approaches every treatment as a thoughtful collaboration, taking the time to understand what matters most to each patient and caring for their long-term well-being rather than simply fixing problems.

Above all, Dr. Shenouda is a husband and father, and his family remains the foundation of his compassion and dedication. Away from the practice, he is a devoted creative — playing bass guitar, pursuing photography, and keeping active with squash and other sports. He believes a fulfilled mind makes for a better healer, and these passions shape the warmth and artistry he brings to every patient he treats.
